Free Ringtone Studio is a tool that creates ringtones out of audio files for iPhone.
The program will automatically select 30-second parts, skipping any initial silence. You will only need to click the "Copy to phone" button.
Free Ringtone Studio supports the most popular audio formats: MP3, M4A, M4R, WMA, APE, OGG, MPC, WAV. The selected music is automatically converted into the proper iPhone ringtone format.
NOTE: Unknown what version of iOS it supports up to.
