Simple Ping a small but comprehensive little Ping application for Windows that is available for free.
You can set an IP to ping, the interval in seconds to ping at, the size in bytes, TTL and Timeout threshold. It can blend right into the Desktop and has tray icon animation to keep you up to date on ping status.
It can be set to run at Windows Startup from the interface.
