7GIF is a tool that can play animated GIF files in Windows, allowing you to control the animation as it plays.
In Windows XP, the image viewer was capable of playing animated GIF files, but this feature disappeared in Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
This tool will replace the image viewer in Windows for opening GIF files (if you allow it to set itself as the default application to open GIF files) and will display animated GIFS.
Further more, you can control the speed of playback and manipulate it in other ways.
NOTE: This portable version includes no installer.
