Thumbs Remover is a tool you can use to clean up thumbs.db files stored on your computer.

Thumbs.db files are hidden archives in Windows that store small thumbnails from images and videos in your folders. Even when you delete images and videos, these hidden files can retain the thumbnails of the images that were previously present.

These thumbnails are kept in case the user changes the folders viewing settings to display files as thumbnails or tiles.

If you are selling on your PC and have private photos (family photos etc.) stored on your computer, you should run tools like this to clean up the cached thumbnails..

Thumbs Remover will search for Thumbs.db files in entire hard disks (internal or external), pen drives or in single folders and its subfolders; upon completion it will allow you to browse all Thumbs.db files that had been found and then choose whether or not to delete each one of them.

NOTE: This is the portable version with no installer.
