Simple Text to Speech for Windows is a very simple text-to-speech application for Windows.
It utilizes the built-in Voice/Speech Synthesizer installed in Windows. You can easily just paste in text and select the voice you want it to be read in. From there it is as simply as a single click.
You can also change the speed of reading and even save the readout as a WAV audio file.
