Free FLV to MP3 Converter is a tool that can convert the audio from Flash video files into MP3 files.

It will first offer to install multiple third party applications on your computer, all of which you can opt to Decline. Even though the Decline option does not appear to be a clickable option, it does work. When finished offering third party applications, it will download and launch the real installer for the software with no additional software on offer.
