SQLBackupAndFTP Free is a free tool to backup your SQL Server databases and save them to a local drive, network folder or upload them to a remote FTP server.
You can run the backups manually or schedule them to be performed automatically every day. The program is designed to be installed on the same machine as the SQL server, however it also supports remote backups via scripting (currently in beta).

The free version is limited to 2 scheduled backup jobs.
Once installed, it starts 14-days Professional edition trial. After that it automatically converts to Free.
